Lopez Artist Studio Tour 2024
Our annual Lopez Island Artist Studio Tour is ON ! Come by Studio #2 on Sat. August 31 or Sunday Sept 1 from 10 am - 4 pm. We’ll have our latest collection of SeaFlora original artworks on view. These beauties are made from seaweed and floral blooms, photographed in a tank of water, produced as archival digital prints, with selected and designed botanicals collaged on top. These are both a print AND an original for all you rule breakers out there. Please come by, these are worth seeing, and were two years in the making. Hope to see you there !

SetSunai Noodle Bar
Join us or a special evening at SetSunai Noodle Bar on Lopez Island, WA. Happening on Labor Day weekend! This is an 8-course meal focusing on the culinary use of both seaweeds and flowers found on Lopez Island. Comes with a tea pairing with an optional wine pairing available. I will have a select few SeaFlora art pieces installed here and ready for viewing while you taste and slurp the juicy deliciousness ! Limited to 30 seats. Get a seat while it's hot !

Black Tie Beach Window Display
This is a retail window I designed for Black Tie Beach Shop in Virginia Beach, VA. It's made from pressed, dried flowers mounted onto plaster balloons and hanging from the ceiling complete with raffia, black ribbon, and a variety of dried dune grasses. The botanical balloons contain orchids, pansies, hydrangea, borage, anemone, tulips, dusty miller leaves, poppies, cosmos, and hellebores.

SPRING 2023 PALETTE PRESSED FLOWER WORKSHOP
Join me on Saturday April 8 from 10 am - 1 pm for a fresh pressed flower workshop. In the class we’ll press flowers and make flower cards and create gorgeous wine bottle labels. All materials are provided and you will receive your own flower pressing kit to keep. All levels are welcome and anyone can join. No art background is necessary - its fun for everyone, and working with all the beautiful petals is a real treat. Come and join us for this unique and fulfilling experience! Hope to see you there !

SPRING 2023 PALETTE ART EXHIBIT
This is a super exciting opportunity coming up for Spring 2023. I’ll be showing a whole new collection of works with Palette in Richmond, VA. Come for opening night on Thursday, April 6 to see the debut of a wide selection of cyanotype works with collaged botanicals. It’s going to be HUGE ! Please come and celebrate the night with us. You’ll have your own flower kit to keep with all the necessary tools and materials to continue your new found passion.
